Link a Parent Slip to a School Form

Sometimes Parent Slips might be associated with a School Form, for example there is a Risk Management Plan created internally that leads to a Parent Slip sent to parents for permission to attend an excursion.

You can create a link from a Parent Slip to a School Form. When editing a Parent Slip click the 'More' link to display the additional options. Click the Link button.

A window will open for you to search for the associated School Form. Once you have located the correct School Form click the blue Link button.

A link to the School Form will be displayed, you can click the red delete button to remove the link.

When you view either the Parent Slip or the linked School Form the linked document will be displayed.
