Broadcast & Slip Statistics

In this article, we look at the varying statistics displayed in EdSmart. These statistics provide our Users with analytics on the communications sent to Parents and Students.

Broadcasts

  • # Sent - Represents the number of Broadcasts sent to Students. 

  • # Viewed/Clicked - Represents the number of Broadcasts viewed by Parents/Students.

  • % Rate - Represents the number of Broadcasts viewed by Parents/Students, expressed as a percentage. 

 

Slips

  • Slips Sent - Represents the total number of Parent/Student type Slips retrieved by the search criteria entered and will be equal to the number of records retrieved and shown on that particular page.

  • Students - Represents the total number of Slips sent to students (SLIPS SENT). Each student is only counted once per Slip regardless of the number of emailed contacts.

  • Responses - Represents the total number of responses received for the Slips (SLIPS SENT).

  • Response Rate - Represents the Responses/Students expressed as a percentage.

  • # Sent - Represents the number of Slips sent to students.

  • # Responses - Represents the number of responses received for a Slip. 

  • % Rate - Represents the number of slips Sent, and the number of Responses received expressed as a percentage.
