Broadcasts with Attachments - Sending and Resending

A Broadcast can also be sent with an attachment.

Following the steps via How to Send a Broadcast, you can select “add file' at the bottom of the Broadcast creation page.

The file(s) will be displayed in the email or on a web page displayed when the link in the SMS message is clicked. Maximum size 5Mb, must be PDF.

After attaching your desired PDF and ensuring the details are correct, send the Broadcast.

The Broadcast is received by the Parent/Caregiver and displays the relevant link.

If the Parent/Caregiver requests the Broadcast to be resent, this can be done via the Statistics tab, and by clicking ‘Resend’ alongside the requesting recipient.

The re-sent Broadcast will provide the recipient with a link. This is by design as it is a resend of an original Broadcast.

The link will direct the Recipient to the original Broadcast.
