Staff/User Attributes in a School Form
User Attributes can be used in a School Form to capture useful information from Users that will help with maintaining User records.

There are many different Attributes the school can create and make use of according to the school needs.
Before a User Attribute can be used in a school form, they would need to be created and updated manually in EdSmart. You can find more information on this here.
Using the User Attributes in a Slip
One of the advantages of using User Attributes in a School Form is it allows for Users to enter information into these fields which hold value. The next time the form form is filled in, these User Attribute fields will hold the previous value. This will make it quick and easy for the form creator to fill and submit these school forms.
User Attributes have to be added to a template to be used in a School Form. They can be found by using the field type drop-down and switching from General to User Attributes.
Bulk Export School Form Responses
Bulk view of User responses to these school forms is to use the Export Forms Data functionality which will download and send you an email with a csv.
Select school forms from the Navigation Panel
Select the Action drop-down
Select the date range of responses for a specific school form template
Finally, select export to download a csv.
