How to Clone and replace a Form in a completed Process

This article explains how you can edit a Form in an already completed Process and either replace the original Form, which goes to the archive Folder, or create a new stand-alone Form visible in its own right.

 Instructions

  1. Select the Processes tab from the left hand side

  2. In the Processes view, enter the name of the Process you want into the Sort field and click the search button ( )

  3. Click the View button for that Process

  4. Once in Process view, click on the Form you wish to edit

  5. In the Form view, click the Action button and select Clone Form

  6. You will then see this pop-up:

  7. If you select No, then a new Form will be created from the original Form, but the original remains in the completed Process. This new Form is editable in its own right and is not linked to the Process it was cloned from.

  8. If you select Yes, then the original Form will be sent to the Archive Folder and the Clone replaces the original Form in the Process.

The cloned Form will go through the same Workflow as the original Form once you’ve made the changes you need to make.
