How to add/remove a Student once a Broadcast has been sent

Scenario 1.

You can add/remove student(s) once a Broadcast has been sent. When viewing a Broadcast, click the Action drop down to Add/Remove student

A pop-up window will be displayed where you can set Add/Remove action and enter the student name(s).

  • Add Student will allow you to add a new student to the Broadcast and the Broadcast will be sent out to the parents in the next 15-minute time slot.
  • Remove Student will make a Broadcast link inactive for that student's parent.
