How to send a copy of a Parent Slip to a staff

You can notify staff about a Slip by copying them to a Parent Slip. This can be done while creating a Slip and also after the slip has been sent to parents.


Adding staff for notification while creating a Parent/Student Slip

While creating a new Slip, click the Notifications tab and type in the staff name/s and/or User Group/s in the box given. 

The copied staff will receive an email with a copy of the Slip that has gone out to parents.

When viewing a Slip, click the Action button and select Copy Slip to Staff. Inside the pop-up window, type in the staff name(s) and/or User Group/s then click Go

Please note that staff copied to a Slip will have access to the Slip's Responses in EdSmart.
