How to save the EdSmart website as an 'app' on your Phone/iPad (iOS) Home Screen

This article shows you how to save an EdSmart login page shortcut to your phone’s home screen, like an App.

 Creating your EdSmart ‘app’

  1. Open Safari (or your browser of choice) and navigate to https://edsmart.com

  2. Click the Share icon at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Select Add to Home Screen

  4. An EdSmart ‘app’ icon will autogenerate with a suggested name - edit name if you wish (I shortened it to EdSmart)

  5. Click Add

  6. Edit the Home Screen location in the usual manner, if desired

You will still need to login to EdSmart after launching your new ‘app’, just as you usually would when going to the site.
