Form Template Types that can be used within a Process

When creating a Process Template, the User will need to search and add the Template to the Process Grid. Unfortunately, on some occasions, the User may not receive a result for the Template they are searching for, i.e. No Results. This occurs when a Form Template type not being compatible with the Process Module.

The following Form Template types are compatible with the Process Module:

1. Parent/Student Slip

   Form sent to a Parent/Student for them to Respond

2. School Staff Form no Student

   Form created by Staff member sent to School

3. Broadcast

   Broadcast sent to Parents/Students/Users

The other Form Template types aren’t compatible with the Process Module i.e.

1. School Form for Student, no Parent Response

   Form created by User referencing a Student, no Parent response required

2. School Form for Student, with Parent Response

   Form created by User sent to Parent referencing a Student, with Parent response

3. Parent Initiated Form for Student

   Form created by Parent sent to School referencing a Student
