How to Create a Broadcast Based on Parent Slip Responses

The Broadcast feature inside Parent/Students Slips responses page lets you send out a Broadcast message to parents/students based on their Responses for a Slip.

The recipients for this Broadcasts are completely based on the parent responses for that particular Parent Slip. You can send out a Broadcast to:

• All Parents/Students associated with the Slip
• All Parents/Students who have responded
• Only Positive Bookings
• Not Positive Bookings
• All Parent/ Students who have not responded

Click on Create Broadcast after selecting the recipients. This will take to you to a new Broadcast page where the Broadcast title, message and send time/date can be set. If you have our Student Slips Module available, you can also send this broadcast to students and cc parents or vice-versa.
