Attachments in different correspondences

You can add attachments to the correspondences you send via EdSmart.
These attachments can be used in the Slip, School Form or Broadcast you send.
However, there is a limit to how many files, the sizes of the files and the file types that are supported.

Here are what EdSmart allows:

  • For Parent Slips, Parents can attach one file. The file types supported are PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC or DOCX and can be no larger than 5Mb.

  • For Broadcasts, the User who creates the Broadcast can upload up to three files. The only supported file type is PDF and the files can be no larger than 5Mb.

  • For School Forms, the User can upload up to twenty files. The file types supported are PDF, PNG, JPG or GIF, and can be no larger than 5Mb per attachment.

  • For Parent Initiated Forms, there are five attachment fields available per Form in the packet.
