Parent Initiated Form (PIF) - Form Template Packets

For Parent Initiated Forms, Template Packets provide a way of creating a large and complex School Form by breaking it down into parts, each of which is a Template in its own right, which is then associated with a parent Template.

When the Form is seen on screen, it is displayed as a series of tabs, where each tab represents a Form Template in the Packet.

Note: If you do not see the various options noted below, please contact support@edsmart.com and ask for the Form Template Packet feature to be enabled for your school account, this is a feature for Engage & Transform subscription schools.
