Search Parent/Guardian Responses
Overview
Clicking the Filter button provides you with several options for filtering the responses.
Option | Description |
Have Responded | Displays Students with a Parent/Guardian response (both ‘positive’ and ‘negative’) |
Only Positive Responses | Displays Students with a ‘yes/can attend’ response. |
Not Positive Responses | Displays Students with a ‘no/cannot attend’ response |
Have not Responded | Displays Students without Parent/Guardian confirmation |
No Email for Contacts | Displays Students whose Parent/Guardian does not have an Email address |
Attendance not Marked
| Displays Students whose attendance has not been updated by EdSmart |
Attended | Displays Students with updated attendance by EdSmart: Confirmed presence |
Did not Attend | Displays Students with updated attendance by EdSmart: Confirmed absence |
Medical Alerts | Displays all students with a Medical Alert in their Student Profile |
Instructions
Choose the relevant option for how you want to filter.
Clicking the Sort button lets you quickly sort the responses by either Student Name (Alphabetical order), or by date.
You can also use the Search field to search for specific Students.
