A Central Absentee Notification Schedule

Overview
DECYP school absentee notifications are run on a central schedule and are editable by the DECYP team.
Instructions
DECYP sites have a 30-minute data sync to capture reports of student absentees throughout the hours of 9:00 AM AEST to 3:00 PM AEST.
The Absentee Slip will be automatically created in EdSmart, and the Notification of Absences will be sent to Parents/Guardians within 5 minutes of each ingest time.

If a student is marked absent after each window, they will be processed in the next batch (i.e., those marked absent at 10:05 AM will be processed in the 10:30 AM Ingest and Notification run)
