Review bounced emails and check with the recipient

  • Has it landed in their junk mail folder?
  • Have they changed their email address?
  • Reactivate bounced emails and try resending.

If answers to questions on Forms are not what was expected

  • Was the wording clear, short and simple?
  • Check if there are issues with required and non-required fields
  • Provide options for a person to choose (closed responses) as opposed to open ended questions.

Responses

  • Highlight that each digital form needs to be responded to by clicking the button at the bottom of the Form.
  • Pre warn recipients via a Broadcast if complex Forms will be sent out imminently, or if the recipient is required to have specific information on hand when completing the Form.
