Updating your SMS/Student Management System (Synergetic, TASS, Maze etc) - what you should do

From time to time, you will update your SMS version. Please be aware that these updates may break your EdSmart integration. We may not be able to quickly fix connections broken by an SMS update if you notify us after the change has been implemented.

To ensure a smooth transition we recommend you contact us at least four weeks prior to your planned update so we can schedule the work required to update your account settings and keep your EdSmart/SMS integration functioning as intended.

You can notify our support team of your impending change by raising a Support ticket (help@edsmart.com or via the Support Portal) containing the following details:

  1. Date of planned change/update

  2. What you are changing/updating from

  3. What you are changing/updating to

  4. Any dependencies you have with this change.
