EdSmart Professional Services

EdSmart’s Professional Services offers a range of services that EdSmart can provide to help school’s optimise their use of EdSmart.

EdSmart Professional Service (PS) Resources will work with the Customer Representative to provide the services as required to see the successful completion of the Professional Services project.

The EdSmart PS Resources may consist of various team members such as Implementation Experts, System Administrator, Senior Technical Consultants, Trainers, Strategy Consultants and Project Management Consultants.

The EdSmart Success Team will provide the cost based on an initial consultation with the Success Team in a quote. If any of these services are of interest, please email help@edsmart.com.

Bulk exports of data from the EdSmart Platform. Data could include, Slips, Broadcasts, Schools Forms in CSV/PDF format.

Move from one SMS to another Will also require migration of Student and Contact IDs in EdSmart.

On-Site Training or Best Practice Consultation

Additional training may be required either as a single session or series of tailored training/consulting workshops for:

  • Targeted knowledge and insights to ensure best practice usage of EdSmart.

  • New Users of EdSmart after the initial training, which is provided as part of the installation and implementation.

This service requires Project scoping, and costs are dependent on the requirement and allocation of resources/time.
