Checklist for reviewing the success of first forms sent

Number and rate of responses - In the Responses tab you can view counts of Forms opened, not opened, opened but not responded, responded.
Response to each question - Did the question solicit the responses expected?
Email failures - You can check if there were failures sending due to Email bounces.
Number and reason for any recipient who has not responded.
