Activating Broadcast to Users

Please note: This feature is available on the Transform Subscription package, if you are not on the Transform package and are interested in this feature please check with your Customer Success Manager.

To turn this feature on within your EdSmart Platform follow the steps below:

1. On the top right hand corner of your EdSmart Platform click on the Cogwheel to access settings.

2. Then click on Settings

3. Select Configuration

4. Beside Send Broadcast to Staff, select the drop-down option and enable this feature by selecting Yes.

5. Click Save to update these settings.
