How to Access the COVID-19 Template Library

There are two ways to access the COVID-19 Templates library, through the Notifications Icon but if the notifications are cleared you can still access this via the Form Templates screen.

1. Click on the bell icon located in the top right hand corner of the screen to access the Notifications tab.

This will then take you to the Form Template screen. 

You can also access the Form template screen from the left hand side tool bar.

2. From here, select the Create from Library tab.

Select the COVID-19 from the category list and click on the Magnifying Glass to search.

Finally, click Select from Student on Campus Study.

3. You will then be able to edit the design, workflow and form as per usual.

Make any additional changes/add-ons as required and use the form to check attendance.
