EdSmart x CompliSpace SafeTripBuilder Integration

EdSmart has partnered with CompliSpace to integrate their excursion risk management solution – SafeTripBuilder – with your EdSmart excursion management workflow.

Customers who are on our Engage or Transform tiers have the ability to integrate SafeTripBuilder. This short video provides a quick tour of the EdSmart x SafeTripBuilder integration experience on the Transform tier using EdSmart’s Processes module:

 

To enable this at your school, please get in touch with CompliSpace and let them know you’d like to have access to SafeTripBuilder in EdSmart. They will contact us with your Client ID and Secret once your set-up is done on their end, and we will enable the feature for you.

SafeTripBuilder will require a yearly subscription paid directly to CompliSpace.

Once enabled, you can start a new SafeTripBuilder Form by using the School Forms module.

  1. Select School Forms from Navigation Panel

  2. Add New

  3. Select CompliSpace SafeTripBuilder Template (if the template name has been changed, you will need to find it based on the new template name).

  4. Give the SafeTripBuilder Form a name, e.g. Risk Assessment for McDonald’s Field Trip.

  5. Select a Folder to Save.

  6. Save New Form

  7. This will generate the SafeTripBuilder Form for the User to fill out.
