Delete a Student List

To delete a Student List you first need to remove all the Students from the List.

Note: Removing Students from a List does not affect the Slips for that Student. The Slips will still be allocated to the Student and available by viewing the Student's record.

Click on Students, then:

1. Search for the Students on the Student List - drop the list down, select the Student List, and click the search button

2. Select all the Students from the search by clicking the checkbox at the top

3. Click the Action drop down and select Remove Selected from List

On the pop up window make sure 'Remove From' is selected, and the correct Student List is selected and click Go.

Once the Students are removed from the List you can then delete the List.

Click on Student Lists. The List you want to delete should have no Slips assigned. Click the Delete button at the right hand end.

On the pop up window confirm the deletion by clicking the red Delete button.
