Making Data Inactive in Bulk

Schools can now make their Students, Contacts, Student Lists and Users Inactive in bulk. This is useful for schools doing manual data Imports via CSV. You can also clear Students from their Student lists.

This feature by default is not enabled for all schools, Please contact Support if you need this feature for your school. Once we turn on this feature, Administrators will be able to see a page called Data Management in their account.

Schools can select any of the datasets or all of them to make inactive. They can also choose whether to deallocate Students from Student Lists, which will retain Lists but make them empty.
