Broadcast Statistics: Outside the Broadcast
You can view the details of the Broadcast by navigating to the 'Broadcasts' page via the left-hand navigation panel.
# Sent - The number of recipients the Broadcast has been sent to.
# Viewed/Clicked - The number of recipients who have viewed the Broadcast.
% Rate - The percentage of the total Broadcasts viewed compared to the total number of recipients.
Broadcast Statistics: Within the Broadcast
You can monitor the progress of the broadcast by clicking to view your Sent Broadcast.
The Yellow Box: STUDENTS/USERS
Reflects the total number of recipients. This will say ‘STUDENTS’ or ‘USERS’, depending whether the Broadcast was sent to Parents/Students (All Tiers) or Users (Engage & Transform Tiers)
The Blue Box: EMAIL VIEWED/SMS CLICKED
Reflects the number of recipients that have either
Viewed the email
or
Clicked the SMS ‘link’ (see SMS click rate below for more information)
The Green Box: RATE
Reflects the percentage rate of Broadcasts viewed vs total recipients.
i.e 2 total recipients, 1 email viewed = 50% Rate
Email open rate
This reflects the percentage of emails opened for all the emails sent.
Note: This bar will reflect 0% if a Broadcast is sent via SMS only.
SMS click rate
This reflects the percentage of recipients who clicked on the SMS ‘link’ in a Broadcast that contains an Attachment.
Note: This bar will reflect 0% if a Broadcast does not have an attachment for recipients to download, even if the Broadcast is sent via SMS.
File downloaded rate
This reflects the percentage of recipients who downloaded the file via email in a Broadcast that contains an Attachment.
Note: This bar will advise ‘N/A’ if a Broadcast does not have an attachment for recipients to download.
