How to Use EdSmart Help & Support [VIDEO]
We would like to introduce you to the EdSmart Help Centre and the Help & Support resources we have available. Anytime you need to find information or would like to raise a support request, just visit help.edsmart.com. Please watch our video on how to use EdSmart's Help Centre.
Creating an account
Please sign up to create an account with the Help Centre. This is separate to your EdSmart account and allows you to track support requests you have raised. Use the same email address for the Help Centre, signing in to EdSmart and sending email to help@edsmart.com.

Support Requests
Haven't found what you need in our Knowledge Base or Blog? Create a support request to ask a question, report a bug, request assistance or suggest a new feature. Support requests can be created via three methods...
Support Portal
This is where you can raise a support request, view your existing requests, share requests with others, or see requests that others have shared with you. If you would like your school Users to be able to view each others' support requests automatically, provide us a list of email addresses and we will create an Organisation in the Help Centre.
Help Menu
Did you know you have access to Help & Support directly in EdSmart? Click 'Help' at the top of the screen when using EdSmart to search Help Articles or Contact Support!
Sending a message to help@edsmart.com will open a support request which can be updated via email. Use the same email address for signing in to EdSmart and sending email to help@edsmart.com.
Please note when raising support requests
- Please raise a separate ticket for each problem or request you have, so they can be directed to the right people and handled individually.
- If you are reporting a problem with a specific page or feature it is enormously helpful if you can provide specifics, such as the web page address of the page, the name of the Slip or Form, screenshots, and so forth.
You will receive responses from jira@edsmart.atlassian.net so please allow that address through your email filters.
