The Two-Factor Authentication Experience for Parents
If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for your school then parents will be required to create a password to submit their online forms. You will need to have both an email address and mobile phone number on file for your parents.
Email Notification
Parents receive the email notification.
Parent Opens Slip
The parent clicks the link in the email and opens the online slip page. The parent is asked to create a password, in order to do so they send a code to their mobile phone.
Code is Sent to Mobile Phone
A four digit code is sent to the parent's mobile phone.
Parent Creates Password
The parent enters the code and desired password and clicks Create Password.
Parent Completes and Submits Slip
The parent is taken to the Slip page, completes the questions and enters their password at the bottom to authorise the submission.
