EdSmart and Civica Community Portal

NOTE: This article applies to schools with the Civica Suite and Community Portal

EdSmart is integrated to the Civica Community Portal. When a new Slip or Broadcast is sent to caregivers, notifications are also displayed in the Community Portal.

New Slips are highlighted on the Dashboard.

EdSmart notifications are included in the Messages list.

When a Message is opened for an EdSmart notification, the caregiver can click the link to open the online form and respond.
