'Start a new Parent/Student Slip' Widget

The ‘Start a new Parent/Student Slip’ widget provides quick links and allows you to create a new permission slip to a Parent/Student for them to respond to. The widget is located on the right-hand side of your dashboard, and when clicked, drops down your existing Form Templates for quick selection and creation.

Once you have selected your form, press the ‘Go’ button and you will be directed to the form for creation.
