DECYP school absentee notifications are run on a central schedule and are editable by the DECYP team.Â
\uD83D\uDCD8Â Instructions
DECYP sites have a 30-minute data sync to capture reports of student absentees throughout the hours of 9:00 AM AEST to 3:00 PM AEST.
The Absentee Slip will be automatically created in EdSmart, and the Notification of Absences will be sent to Parents/Guardians within 5 minutes of each ingest time.
