If the Activity Care Module is enabled for your school the Student View page includes an Activity Care tab. This displays Student Attributes which have been configured as ‘care module’ fields by EdSmart for your school.
You can create any number of Student Attributes to store information for a student, and data can be imported from your student management system database.
And because these fields are Student Attributes they can be used on forms sent to Parents and Students.
To set up attributes for a student as Activity Care (To do this you need to be an Administrator):
- Click on (Your Name) on the top right-hand corner
- Select Settings
- Student Attributes
- Select the Edit button in Edit Column.
- Assign the Student Attribute as Activity Care
- Select Update Attribute
This will enable the Student Attribute to appear in the Activity Care tab.
The Student Attributes assigned to Activity Care can be configured to trigger Medical Alerts.
Once the Activity Care Attributes and Medical Alerts have been configured they can be leveraged to appear in the Staff Only Mobile app.
