📔 Overview

School Administrators can view Absentee responses via their school’s EdSmart site. 

Because EdSmart will check for absentees every 30 minutes, there will be multiple Parent Slips each day.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. From the Home Dashboard, navigate to the Absentee Slip via the link in your ‘My Current Work’ widget on the dashboard.

  2. Use the date to reference which one you want to view.

  3. You will be able to view all responses here.

  1. From here, you have the following options: 

    1. Export or Print

    2. Search responses vis filters and keywords

    3. View each absentee record

    4. Edit each absentee record; this function enables DECYP School Administrators to update the Internal Absentee Code to reflect a more specific DECYP Absentee Code.
