If a User Account has been deleted or deactivated, it can be reactivated in by Administrators in EdSmart.
If you are an Administrator in EdSmart, you can reactivate a User with the following steps:
- Go to the Users tab
- Search for the User and tick 'Include Inactive Users'
- Click the 'view' icon for the User
- Click 'Edit User'
- In the Status drop down list, select 'Active'
- Click 'Save'
