Error when saving: Invalid form submission Contains invalid characters/words Not allowed
When saving a Parent Slip, Broadcast or School Form if you are prompted by an error message of this nature it is most likely due to invalid characters entered into text fields, long description fields etc. Please check these fields for formatting issues.
Common formatting issues are shown below:
If you see something like ‘ SUP TH ’ at the end of the error, You may be using superscripts in dates e.g. August 7th. The “th” would be causing the invalid characters error. Please remove this and try again.
