Can I update Student details in bulk without dropping their Lists or Attributes?
If you manage your school's data via CSV upload, it's possible to update to student records without removing them from the lists they are in.
The way to do this is prepare a CSV files with the following fields -
Student ID
Student First Name
Student Last Name
Student Email
Student List (If you are updating all students you could make this list 'All Students' for example)
Then follow these steps:
Go to the Import Data page
For 'Type of Data' select 'Students'
Where it says 'Clear Student Lists on import' select 'No'
Upload the CSV file, map the fields, and click Next
The student emails will be updated and other data such as Lists or Attributes will remain as they are.
