'Could not authenticate you' message when signing in

If you receive a message saying, ‘Could not authenticate you’ when trying to sign in, please check with the EdSmart Administrator at your school on the method that your school uses to sign in.  Your school may use Single Sign On instead of a username and password, or you may be required to sign in via a School Portal.
