Why can't I see the Form Templates link, or another Admin function?

By default, only EdSmart Administrators can view the Users / Form Processes* / Form Templates / Reports links in the left-hand Menu.

A User can be given elevated Permissions to manage (create and edit) Templates. If this is the case, they will be able to see the Form Processes* / Form Templates menu links, but they won't see Users or Reports.

*_{Form Processes will only be viewable if your school is on the Transform tier.}

Change Permissions or Account Type

Only an EdSmart Administrator can change Permissions for User accounts, or change a User account into an Administrator account.

To change User permissions to manage Templates:

Select Users from the left-hand Menu, then click View for the User you want to change Permissions for.

On the User View page, change Manage Form Templates to Yes and click Save User.

To change account type to Administrator:

Select Users from the left-hand Menu, then click View for the User you want to change Permissions for.

On the User View page, change User Role to Administrator and click Save User.
