If a user account has been deleted or deactivated, it can be reactivated in by Administrators in EdSmart.

If you are an Administrator in EdSmart, you can reactivate a user account with the following steps:

  1. Go to the Users tab
  2. Search for the user and tick 'Include Inactive Users' 
  3. Click the 'view' icon for the User
  4. Click 'Edit User'
  5. In the Status drop down list, select 'Active'
  6. Click 'Save'
