From time to time, you will update your SMS version. Please be aware that these updates may break your EdSmart integration. We may not be able to quickly fix connections broken by an SMS update if you notify us after the change has been implemented.
To ensure a smooth transitionwe recommend you contact help@edsmart.com us at least four weeks prior to your planned update so we can schedule the work required to update your account settings and keep your EdSmart/SMS integration functioning as intended.
