By default only school leaders are set up as Administrators in EdSmart SOS, and you need to be an Administrator to manage the Form Templates. If you cannot see the Form Templates option on the left menu then you are not an Administrator.
Your permission level needs to be changed by your Deputy or Principal. They merely need to log in and go to users and change your User Role option to ‘Administrator.’
, only EdSmart Administrators can view the Users / Form Processes* / Form Templates / Reports links in the left-hand Menu.
A User can be given elevated Permissions to manage (create and edit) Templates. If this is the case, they will be able to see the Form Processes* / Form Templates menu links, but they won't see Users or Reports.
*Form Processes will only be viewable if your school is on the Transform tier.

To change User permissions to manage Templates:
Select Users from the left-hand Menu, then click View for the User you want to change Permissions for.
On the User View page, change Manage Form Templates to Yes and click Save User.
To change account type to Administrator:
Select Users from the left-hand Menu, then click View for the User you want to change Permissions for.
On the User View page, change User Role to Administrator and click Save User.
