For Template Packets provide a way of creating a large and complex School Form by breaking it down into parts, each which is a Template in its own right, which is then associated with a parent Template.
When the Form is seen on screen, it is displayed as a series of tabs, where each tab represents a Form Template in the Packet.
Note: If you do not see the various options noted below, please contact support@parentpaperwork.com and ask for the Form Template Packet feature to be enabled for your school account.
Create a Form Template Packet
A Packet consists of a Parent and any number of Children. To create the Parent, edit a Form Template and select 'Yes' for the Form Packet option.
Next, edit the Form Templates you wish to be Children of this Packet, and allocate them to the Parent. Note, a Template can be the Child of more than one Parent.
When a Form is created from the Parent Template, it will be shown with a tabbed view. The first tab is the Parent Template, the others are the Children.
