Passwords are encrypted in our database, so they cannot be retrieved by Customer Support. If you forget your password, you must initiate an automated password reset.
You can begin the process by clicking the User SIGN IN button at the top right of https://edsmart.com/.
Or directly from EdSmart's Sign In page at https://app.edsmart.com/signin.
Underneath the Email (your EdSmart user name) and Password fields, there is a Lost Parent password? | Lost School User password? link - click it.
A new Reset Password window will open. Enter your EdSmart username email address and click the Reset Password button.
An email will be sent to you containing a secure link that enables you to reset your password. Click the link and enter a new password.
