Click on the bell icon located in the top right hand corner of the screen to access the Notifications tab.
This will then take you to the Form Template screen.
2. From here, select the Create from Library tab.
Then Select the Covid - 19 from the category list and click on the Magnifying Glass to search .
Finally, click Select from Student on Campus Study.
3. You will then be able to edit the design, workflow and form as per usual. Make any additional changes/add-ons as required and use the form to check attendance.
