To turn this feature on within your EdSmart Platform follow the steps below:
Select the cogwheel to access settings on the On the top right hand corner of your EdSmart platformPlatform click on the Cogwheel to access settings.
Then click on Settings
Select Configuration
Beside Send Broadcast to Staff, select the drop-down option and enable this feature by selecting Yes.
Click Save to update these settings.
