Select School Forms from Navigation Panel
Add New
Select CompliSpace SafeTripBuilder Template (if the template name has been changed, you will need to find it based on the new template name).
Give the SafeTripBuilder Form a name, e.g. Risk Assessment for McDonald’s Field Trip.
Select a Folder to Save.
Save New Form
This will generate the SafeTripBuilder Form for the User to fill out.
