You are downloading an install file and receive the error:
“Error Sending Request” error – a redirect will change a non-secure to a secure connection.
Go to Internet Properties, selected Advanced and scroll to the bottom to find ‘Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode’ – turn this off.
You can turn it back on after completing the download.
