- If you have Single Sign On and the system is hosted at your school, have a user account that is not tied to SSO in case it's unavailable due to power outage.
- Have Broadcast Templates made in advance that can be quickly used.
- Set up a List with all students (or just the eldest sibling to avoid duplicate emails to parents).
- Have a User Group with all staff in case you want them copied on the broadcast.
- You may also wish to have SMS enabled to reach parents more effectively.
