Humanitix is the humane ticketing platform that allows users to design their events and merchandise their tickets online. Humanitix turns every event into an opportunity to help disadvantaged kids access education, healthcare, and a fair go in life. EdSmart has collaborated with them and shared its vision of helping out the community. This feature is similar to EasyPay and TryBooking
EdSmart schools can plan and take payments and bookings for events and excursions through our Humanitix integration.
Pre-requisite
The Humanitix feature should be enabled for the school. If it is not enabled, contact Edsmart Support to activate the feature.
The school needs to log into Humanitix and create an event. The Event URL generated will be used in the Parent Slip. Copy the Event URL into the Parent Slip shown below.

Users can decide if a payment is required, either for all responses or only where the response is positive eg. ‘We Will Attend’.

When the parent opens their form, they see a box advising a purchase is needed.
