| 6 | Reason | This column lists the reason for the absence provided by the Parent/Guardian. |
| 7 | Other Reason | This column lists the reason for the absence provided by the Parent/Guardian when they select ‘Other’. |
| 8 | Return Date | This column lists the return date for their student advised by the Parent/Guardian. |
| 9 | Processed | This column can be utilised by EdSmart Users to reflect the absentees that have been updated in EduPoint by changing the drop-down to ‘Yes’ once actioned. |
