Parent Contacts are the people who will be sent Slips, and who will respond on behalf of their children. A Student can have one or more Parent Contacts allocated, and there is no limit on the number of Contacts you can have in ParentPaperworkEdSmart.

Click the Contacts option in the main menu on the left of the page to view the Parent Contacts. You can change the Sort Order by clicking the Sort By Name button, or search for a particular Contact by entering keywords in the search box and clicking the search button.

When you view the detail of a Contact you will also see the names of the Students assigned to the Contact.

Click the blue Edit Contact button to update the details of a Parent Contact. A Contact must have a valid email address in order to receive Slips from ParentPaperworkEdSmart. If you have Two Factor Authentication enabled, or SMS notifications enabled, then there must also be a valid mobile phone number present. A User can select between Email and/or SMS as preferred means notification to a parent by ticking the options 'Send Email Notifications' and 'Send SMS Notifications'.
