The Humanitix feature should be enabled for the school. If it is not enabled, contact Edsmart Support to activate the feature.
The school needs to log into Humanitix and create an event. The event ID Event URL generated will be used in the parent Formthe Parent Slip. Copy the Event URL into the Parent Slip shown below.

Configuring the feature in the Parent slip
When a school sets up a Parent Slip (a form to parents) , they can configure a connection to ticketing by adding the event id Event URL in the Humanitix section. The event name will be displayed once the event ID is providedThen the Event Name is required.
Users can decide if a payment is required, either for all responses or only where the response is positive eg. ‘We Will Attend’.
